As a teacher, and guide, I'm passionate about helping people understand who they really are and reconnect with the truth of their authentic energy.

My work blends spiritual and practical tools like Astrology, Cardology, Energy Work and Somatic Healing to support deeper self-understanding, healing and transformation.
I often say that I play in both the "woo-woo" and science-backed sandboxes because my approach honors both spiritual insight and embodied healing. This work is not just about awareness. It's about learning how to shift out of what is out of alignment, move through old patterns, and embody the version of you that feels most true with grounded, practical action.
